A'riah Johnson - Gamble Montessori, Volleyball, Senior

Nominated by Kenton Estill and Kitty Harris
A'riah is the perfect example of the meaning Student-Athlete. While being ranked #3 in her class, she still manages to lead as the team captain and puts in extra work after practice. Before practice, you can catch her studying hard or volunteering her time to be an in-house tutor to her teammates. As the team Captain A'riah led our team to 2022 CMAC Blue division conference championship with an undefeated record during the regular season in our conference. She made 1st Team All Conference and is up for Player Of The Year. She leads our team in at least 85% of team stats.

She is just a born leader. A'riah also plays basketball for Gamble, is President of the FFA (Future Farmers of America) at Gamble and is also on the leadership board. On the weekends when A'riah is not practicing or studying, she helps the elderly at her church with mass and visits a nursing home to help the elderly.
