Alumni Spotlight: Former Football Star Scores New Role as Coach

Strap on your helmet because it's football season! Our next alumni highlight is Kalos Farrier. Kalos’ commitment to football shows us the meaning of dedication and love for the game. After playing at Gamble Montessori high school, Kalos continued to dominate the field not only as a player but a coach. 

What CPS schools did you attend? Gamble Montessori High school

What year did you graduate? 2019

What are you doing now? I play football and attend Ohio University. My profession is coaching. 

Was there anyone from your time at school that influenced you? Robert Rachel for just being a great coach overall, being there when I needed him, and my grandparents.

What advice do you have for current students? Hard work pays off. Just stick to the plan, I promise you will be something in life.

What’s your favorite school memory? All the teachers loved me. 

What is your favorite Cincinnati staple? Hook Fish and Chicken. 

Where do you live now? Cincinnati, Ohio

Anything else you'd like to add? I love listening to music. Juice World is my favorite rapper. I love to make music, play football, and be with my family and friends.
