Mt. Airy Career Day showed students there's a job for everyone thanks to volunteers from over 10 companies showcasing their jobs and industries. In support of Mount Airy students, people in filmmaking, information technology, surgical equipment repair and electronics spoke to the students about their careers, pathways and industries.
The building was filled with inspiration and representation.
Companies such as Ethicon sent 20 managers and staff technicians to volunteer along with Clippard Labs. The volunteers taught students the value of different careers and opened doors to new fields.
Mount Airy Career Day supported students to explore new careers they may have not have thought of before.
