Congrats to Mia Wright and Paul Hope for being named Scholar Athletes of the Month in February!    

Mia Wright - Shroder, Cheer , Senior

Mia is a true leader for our program and for the underclassmen girls at Shroder. She has a 3.4 GPA and also helps work the bear paddle club to help teach toddlers to swim. Mia is at every practice with a smile on her face ready to lead the team and come up with new cheers. 

Paul Hope - Spencer Center, Basketball, Junior

Paul is a model student-athlete in the classroom. We never have any issues with Paul and he actually pushes his teammates in the classroom and with administrators to make good decisions and to take accountability for their actions. Paul is also the student-athlete with the most personality on our team and the person who everybody looks to in order to create a positive energy on and off the court. Paul is consistently our leading scorer and led the way during our first win against Hillcrest with a 24-point effort!
