Congrats to Natoria Maxwell and Devohn Early for being named Scholar Athletes of the Month in January!    

Natoria Maxwell - Oyler, Cheer , Sophomore

Natoria is the captain of Oyler Cheerleading Squad. Natoria always gives a helping hand when needed or when she sees that someone is in need. Natoria also comes up with different types of fundraisers to help raise money for our youth girls to have uniforms for their performance. She works in the broadcasting program that informs people on what is going at the school and helps to promote all Oyler events. Natoria has a GPA of 3.8, straight A honor roll her freshman and sophomore year.
 
 
 
Devohn Ealy - Oyler, Basketball, Freshman

Devohn is averaging 18 points a game, with a high of 25 in the big win over Shroder. He does this also while running the team as one of our key ball handlers. He averages over 5 steals a game, playing great on ball and team defense. Devohn has taken a leadership role on the team and shows other kids what it takes to be a complete student-athlete. He leads the team in academic performance and handles his classroom business on his own. It’s wonderful to see him take care of his school responsibilities and be a leader in this area.
