Career
The Career Collaborative is a student-led leadership group within the Peer Leadership Collaboratives (PLC) that empowers students in grades 9th-12th.
Student Focus:
To explore career pathways, develop professional skills, and inspire collective change in their schools and communities. Through a curriculum-based and hands-on leadership development experience, student leaders identify their strengths, amplify peer voices, and engage in meaningful career exploration.
Focused on equity and access, the Career Collaborative ensures that all students have opportunities to build leadership competencies, connect learning to real-world careers, and prepare for future success. As one of the PLC’s seven priority areas, the Career Collaborative supports positive school culture by fostering purpose, confidence, and career readiness for every student.
Annual Events:
- Multiple mini-career fairs at the participating schools
