The Business program at Withrow University High School guides students to develop understanding and skills in such areas as business law, economics, financial analysis, human resources management, marketing, operations, information management, and strategic management.

Students also explore the global business environment by working with area businesses so that they can expand on their experiences by selecting a focus area, such as business management, finance, and logistics.

The Logistics and Supply Chain Management program at Dater High School guides students in all of the business-related aspects of how to facilitate the flow of goods from the point of origin to the point of consumption. Students will utilize technology to track supply chains and measure their effectiveness and efficiency. They will also identify opportunities to improve service levels, quality and costs through supply chains and select strategies for improving customer and supplier relationships. International business, business process analysis, project management, internal controls and compliance will be emphasized.

The Entrepreneurship program at Woodward Career Technical High School helps students turn creativity into opportunity through hands-on business learning. Students explore how to start, market, and manage a business while building leadership, financial, and professional skills while earning high school credits! Students can work in the Blue Coffee Café, Woodward’s on-campus café operated as a simulated work environment. Students rotate through roles such as customer service, operations, marketing, inventory, and financial management—applying classroom learning in a real business setting while developing professional workplace skills. Partners include Mortar offering a 4 week entrepreneurship course as well as Cream and Sugar Coffee shop offering student work base learning opportunities in a real world environment.
