The Central Office for Cincinnati Public Schools is located at the Education Center in Corryville.

The colorful architectural elements were added in 1996 with private funding when the former middle school was converted into a home for the Central Office and the Mayerson Academy, funded by the Mayerson Foundation, as a professional development center for teachers.

The Customer Care Center (513) 363-0123 is a one-stop shop designed to satisfy customers by linking them to available resources, providing accurate information and quality assistance, and solving problems in a caring, helpful and professional manner.

Need help with technology?

For CPS students and their families, help is a phone call away by dialing the Family Technology Support Center, (513) 363-0688 or emailing. Tech support is available in English and Spanish from 7:00 a.m.– 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday when school is in session.
