Donations to Cincinnati Public Schools can supply items and services for students that our budget can't stretch to cover — and are always welcomed.

• How you want the money spent, or indicate that a school or department may spend it as needed.

Sending or Delivering a Donation to CPS

Once the Donation form is completed, please mail or deliver a check or money order to the Treasurer's Office.

Donating Technology Equipment

To donate technology equipment, please contact your school principal or resource coordinator to start the process.  They will work with you and the district’s Information and Technology Management team to ensure your donation will work with the district’s technology environment.

2021–22 School Year

• Ohio Department of Education — $188,300 to the Department of Student Services to be used for Vocational Education.
• EL Education — $22,200 to the Department of Student Services to be used for EL Foundation PD Curriculum Development.
• Learn Fresh Education Co. — $10,000 to John P. Parker School to be used to support learners in Grades 4–6 the opportunity to explore Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) using the Youth Tracker Assist Challenge curriculum and hands-on experiences to prepare students to exceed the Ohio Learning Standards.
• Life Time Foundation — $428,406 to Student Dining Services under the direction of Jessica Shelly to support the Elementary Serving Line Equipment Upgrade.
• Ohio Department of Education — $1,373,910.30 to Project Connect to help address the immediate needs of homeless children and youth at the local and regional levels — including identification, enrollment in summer programming, provisions of essential basic needs and other wraparound services and supports.
• Big Green Jumpstart — $2,000 to Sayler Park School to be used for outdoor learning areas for students.
• Ohio Department of Education — $2,518,809.86 to the Department of Student Services to help address the challenges posed by the pandemic and to continue to meet the needs of school-age children and youth with disabilities and their families.
• Ohio Department of Education — $186,736.61 to the Department of Student Services to help address the challenges posed by the pandemic and to continue to meet the needs of preschool children and youth with disabilities and their families.
• NKOA — $40,000 to Family and Community Engagement to be used for School Uniforms.
• UnboundEd Learning, Inc. — $12,000 to the Curriculum Department to be used to support Math Identity Leadership Accelerator (MILA) participants while attending training and completing assignments over the summer months and into the 2021–2022 and 2022–2023 school years.
• Federal Communication Commission — $705,729.12 to the ITM Department. The Emergency Connectivity Fund Program will reimburse schools for the reasonable costs of broadband connections used to help eligible students who otherwise lack access to be able to engage in remote learning. The ECF supports off-campus services — such as student home internet service provided in our Connect Our Students Program — off-campus services that are not supported by the FCC's E-Rate Program.
• Big Green — $2,000 to John P. Parker School to support academic enrichment.
• Big Green — $2,000 to Covedale School to support outdoor educator and outdoor learning to go kits.
• Big Green — $2,000 to Hughes STEM High School to help cover the cost for curriculum development and supplies.
• Big Green — $2,000 to Parker Woods Montessori to be used for signage and flower beds for Koster Garden and signage for Orchard.
• Ohio Department of Education — $183,575.14 to Project Connect to address the immediate needs of homeless children and youth at the local and regional levels, including identification, enrollment in summer programming, provisions of essential basic needs and other wraparound services and supports.
• GCF Learning Links — $710 to Covedale School to support the Covedale Mindful Moments program.
• Partnership for a Healthier America — $25,000 to Student Dining Services to enable the distribution of 1,000 Good Food for All Fruit & Vegetable Boxes.
• Greater Cincinnati Foundation — $1,250 to AWL to support the Mindful AWL 2021-22 program.
• Greater Cincinnati Foundation — $1,250 to Clark Montessori High School to support the Clark Montessori Civic Engagement Workshop.
• Greater Cincinnati Foundation — $1,250 to Gamble Montessori High School to support the Team Challenge — Canoe Trip — 8th grade.
• Greater Cincinnati Foundation — $1245.30 to Roberts Academy to support sensory rooms "Just Made Good Sense program."
• Greater Cincinnati Foundation — $1,200 to Rees E Price Academy for the Primary Library.

• Ohio Arts Council — $22,200 to Chase School to be used to support Chase School's work with a resident visual artist over the course of the 2021–2022 school year.
  Greater Cincinnati Foundation — $1,250 to Clark Montessori High School to support the Clark Montessori Civic Engagement Workshop.
• Ohio Department of Education — $67,600 to Student Services to increase equitable access, engagement and outcomes for Ohio's CTE students by identifying "equity gaps" in local enrollment and performance data, especially in career field pathways aligned to high-skill, high-wage or in demand occupations and to encourage innovative and advance approaches to address these gaps.
• Greater Cincinnati Foundation — $70,442 to Roll Hill School to support the continuation of the Kindergarten Reading Specialist at Roll Hill School.
• Gilbert Dater Foundation — $35,000 to Dater High School to be used for the 7th grade Momentum Summer Bridge Program supplies, salaries, events, food and projects.
• Ohio Department of Education — $2,076,000 to Early Childhood Education to maximize a child's early educational experiences before kindergarten and provide high-quality early learning services to eligible children.
