Facilities Rental

Renting Cincinnati Public Schools Facilities
Cincinnati Public Schools offers its buildings and grounds for public use outside of school hours. This is part of the District’s Community Learning Center (CLC) initiative, which aims to strengthen the connection between schools and the communities we serve.
What’s Available?
Through the CLC model, schools are designed with community use in mind. This means they often feature dedicated spaces like media centers, computer labs, gyms, cafeterias, auditoriums, and conference rooms that are easily accessible to the public. These facilities are available for rent before and after school, in the evenings, and on weekends.
Guidelines for Use
Any group or organization can rent these facilities for a lawful purpose, as long as the use doesn’t interfere with school operations and adheres to the District's policies. (See Board Policy 7510) The goal is for schools to be a hub of activity, providing recreational, educational, and cultural opportunities tailored to each community’s needs.
