Withrow High School Seniors Give Back with Day of Service

For a 10th consecutive year, Withrow High School’s senior class will devote a day of service to organizations making a difference in the lives of Cincinnati residents, including those serving youth, the elderly and people seeking to become financially independent.

More than 220 students will participate in service projects throughout Cincinnati on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Groups of students will volunteer at Barrington of Oakley retirement community, Bond Hill School, Cincinnati Parks, Dress for Success, Great Parks of Hamilton County, The Healing Center, Little Brothers Friends of the Elderly and Mathew 25 Ministries.

“Our students are excited about this opportunity to connect with and give back to our community,” said Withrow High School Principal Paul Daniels. “The lessons that they learn are powerful, even transformative, as they come to understand their own potential to contribute and improve the lives of others.”
