Cincinnati Public Schools sets its school-year calendar based on state law and input from parents, staff and administration. The calendar determines when schools are in session, or closed for breaks and holidays.

View School-Year Calendar
Printable PDF formats of the school-year calendar are available in a one-page format (displaying 12 months) for the current school year. PDFs of future school year(s) are posted as they are approved. The one-page calendars are translated into Spanish, French and Arabic.
A printed wall-hanging version of the CPS school-year calendar is distributed in August via students who receive it at school during the first week of school.
