Mission and Vision
The mission of Roselawn Condon is to create and maintain a family-friendly environment that ensures all students will be prepared socially, emotionally, physically and academically to be productive citizens in this global society. We commit to a comprehensive system of support to assure this outcome.
Roselawn Condon School encapsulates this mission statement with the support of a highly-devoted staff and well-equipped facility. We follow a comprehensive operational plan for student achievement.
Under the direction of our new principal, the teachers, staff members, and dedicated volunteers are committed to giving all the students at Roselawn Condon a strong academic education. We strive to create and maintain an energetic, creative, healthy, and safe learning environment for all of our students.
Our vision is to become a cohesive and high-achieving organization that strives to meet the social, emotional, physical and academic needs of our students.
We strive to uphold our school vision for every day when school is in session. We will do all that we can to ensure that our students can achieve their highest potential.
Roselawn Condon expects all students to come to school every day, appropriately dressed, on time, and prepared. Students are expected to follow Roselawn Condon School rules and guidelines and adhere to the Student Code of Conduct.

Community Learning Centers
For our schools to transform, our communities must be revitalized. For our communities to revitalize, our schools must be transformed. They are dependent on each other and Community Learning Centers are the link.
What is a Community Learning Center (CLC)?
Schools and the communities they serve are closely linked. Seldom does one succeed without the success of the other. That's why our CLCs support student achievement, enrich and revitalize communities, and maximize the community's return on their financial investment.
We are very proud to be a CLC and a neighborhood anchor. We strive to go beyond academics to focus on the whole child by serving as a hub for community services that are available to all students, their families and the entire community. We are able to offer a variety of services thanks to the collaboration and support of our many partners and the committed community of Roselawn.
Our Resource Coordinator
Darcus Anderson is the Resource Coordinator for Roselawn Condon School.
The key component of a CLC is the partners who provide services and support. To manage and align these valuable partnerships, our full-time, on-site Resource Coordinator, Darcus Anderson, plays an integral role in the success of the Community Learning Center.
To learn more about the services available at our school or how your company or organization can become a CLC partner or volunteer, please contact Darcus Anderson at (513) 363-4800 or via email.
