• At Cincinnati Digital Academy (CDA), student success is our priority. To support student achievement, we have defined expectations for students to follow. We also ensure our students have multiple methods for contacting their teachers. Included on this page are highlights from CDA's policies and procedures, which are designed to promote student success.

    Student Expectations

    CDA students are expected to:

    • Complete five full days of online work each week
    • Complete and submit all assignments on time
    • Contact their teacher, technology coordinator or school office with questions or for assistance
    • Arrive on time for state/district testing

    Teacher Access

CDA teachers are available by phone, email, text, our online conference tool and in person. Students and parents are welcome to reach out for help at any time. However, CDA teachers' office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. for Kindgergarten through 5th Grade. For 6th through 12th Grade the office hours are 8 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. - 3 p.m. If help is needed outside of these hours, teachers will answer phone calls and texts when they are available.
