Greetings Gamble Montessori High School students, parents and community,
Welcome to the 2021–22 school year! I am excited to have you back in the building for our first day of class on August 19, 2021.
As you know, we have been through unprecedented times at our school community over the past few years. We moved to a new campus, navigated a pandemic and learned many new skills that we never imagined possible not long ago. I am excited to report that as the world around us continues to evolve, our supports and resources will too in effort to ensure we take great care of each and every one of you.
Our school will introduce exciting new programs this fall as students return full time. These programs include our staff retreat and the revamped summer bridge program for new students in 7th and 9th grade. These programs will be a blend of staff introductions, building tours and team building to help set the tone for a terrific year.
At Gamble Montessori High School we have a lot to celebrate including our 2021 U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon award recognition. I look forward to celebrating this award and fall sports kickoff with all of you on August 17 at the Gamble Gathering and on August 26 at our first ever bonfire.
With all the excitement of new programs I must say one component that will not change is our commitment to school safety. I want to remind you of our number one priority for this school year — safety. Once we establish safety the teaching and learning at our school will thrive!
Thank you for your role in making Gamble Montessori High School an academic institution of destination. I'm looking forward to a successful school year. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to call: (513) 363-2600
Sincerely,
Taylor L. Porter, Principal
