Visit a Preschool Enrollment Hub to Register for a Five-Star Rated Program

CPS is hosting preschool enrollment hubs this summer to assist families in registering their children for CPS' highly-rated preschool programs. The initiative aims to streamline the enrollment process and provide support for families during the summer months.

The enrollment hubs, in addition to Pop-Up Enrollment opportunities, are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and will be closed for the holiday on July 4. Families can visit any of the following locations to enroll their children:

Mary A. Ronan Education Center
2651 Burnet Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45219

LEAP Academy
2001 Baltimore Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45225

Rising Stars at Vine
2120 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202

Parents and guardians are required to bring specific documents for enrollment, including the child's birth certificate, a photo ID of the parent or guardian, custodial documentation (if applicable), immunization records (if available), and proof of residency. Acceptable proof of residency documents include a current lease agreement with signatures, a mortgage statement, a utility bill, a government letter dated within the last 60 days, or a tax return printed from IRS.gov.

To further assist families, computers will be available at each hub for those who wish to complete K-12 registration on-site.
