Hello,
As we enter February, we turn our attention to the milestones and initiatives that shape our school community. This month offers a unique opportunity to celebrate diversity, reflect on our progress and reinforce the values that guide us as a district.
February marks a time to honor Black History Month, a period dedicated to recognizing the contributions of African Americans throughout history. It's a chance to deepen our understanding of culture, heritage and the ongoing journey toward equality for all our students. In classrooms across the district, students and educators will engage in meaningful discussions, projects and activities that promote inclusivity, respect and awareness.
Let’s continue to work together to make February a month of progress, connection and celebration. Thank you for your continued support as we move forward in our commitment to providing a high-quality education for every student in our district. Together, we are making a lasting impact on the future of our students.
Warm Regards,
Shauna Murphy
