Sunday Scoop - October 2025

Sunday Scoop - October 2025

Hello,

October is a busy and exciting month for Cincinnati Public Schools. As the school year moves forward, our classrooms are alive with meaningful learning, stronger relationships and a shared sense of purpose.

At the same time, we are already preparing for next school year. The School Selection Process is now open for students and will open for families next month. Please take a moment to review the information below, and don’t hesitate to reach out to our team if we can support your family through the process.

This month also brings many opportunities to connect and engage with us. From academic events to community celebrations, we are focused on ensuring every student feels challenged, supported and connected. Family involvement plays an important role in this work, helping us build strong communities where students can thrive.

Thank you for your continued partnership. The foundation we are laying together will help our students succeed all year long.

Warm Regards,

Shauna Murphy
Superintendent
Cincinnati Public Schools
