Sunday Scoop - November 2025

Sunday Scoop - November 2025

Hello,

November is a special time in Cincinnati Public Schools — a month filled with opportunities to connect, give thanks and celebrate our students. Across the district, our schools are hosting family engagement nights and community events designed to support the whole child and strengthen the partnership between home and school.

As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for our CPS families, staff and community partners. Your continued support and involvement help us create learning environments where every child feels seen, valued and inspired to succeed.

In this month's newsletter, you’ll find important information about our School Selection Process, resources for our students and families, several opportunities to engage with us and stories that remind us why we’re Here for Kids — every single day.

Wishing you and your loved ones a warm, restful and joyful Thanksgiving season.

Warm Regards,
Shauna Murphy
Superintendent
Cincinnati Public Schools
