Share Your Feedback About Your Title I School

Families play an important role in the success of Cincinnati Public Schools, and your feedback about your Title I school is critical to help us improve your family’s experience. 

The Title I Parent Survey takes less than five minutes to complete, yet provides CPS with important information. Only families with students attending a Title I school should respond to the survey. 

One survey may be completed for each student in your household who attends a Title I school. The survey is available in both paper and online formats. If you already completed the paper version sent home from your student’s school, please do not submit another response for that student.

The Title I Program provides federal funding to eligible schools to help ensure all students have fair, equitable and meaningful opportunities to receive a high-quality education. This survey asks questions about your experience to ensure those funds are appropriately allocated. 

The Title I Parent Survey is available online through Sunday, April 19, 2026. All paper scantron forms must be returned to your student’s school by Friday, April 24, 2026. 

The below schools are not Title I schools, therefore families with students attending these schools should not complete the survey.

• Montessori Lab School at the Bramble Nature Campus
• Rising Stars at Cheviot/Westwood 
• Rising Stars at Ezzard Charles
• Rising Stars at Gamble
• Rising Stars at Vine
• Sands Montessori
• Walnut Hills High School
