Aiken Student's Act of Kindness Captures Attention
Aiken High School student-athletes are putting their best foot forward, helping younger students during a recent Shoes 4 the Shoeless event.
The nonprofit provides proper fitting gym shoes and socks to students. Aiken student-athletes volunteered, helping fit Pleasant Hill Academy students with new shoes.
A photo of football player Adrian Smith went viral following the event for his act of kindness, helping a student with blistered feet and ill-fitting shoes.
