11 Schools Honored with ODEW Momentum Award for Academic Achievement and Growth

11 Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) are being celebrated for their exceptional academic progress, earning the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW) Momentum Award for outstanding improvement in student achievement and consistent growth.

Carson School, College Hill Academy, Fairview-Clifton German Language School, Hartwell School, Hays-Porter School, LEAP Academy, Midway School, Parker Woods Montessori School, Rees E. Price Academy, Roberts Academy and Sayler Park School were honored with the recognition. 

These schools achieved remarkable gains by improving their performance index by three or more points between the 2022-23 and 2023-24 report cards. Additionally, they earned a value-added progress rating of four or more stars, demonstrating their dedication to fostering student success and academic excellence.
