manufacturing equipmentAdvanced Manufacturing is based at Woodward Career Technical High School. Interested in manufacturing? This program provides a solid foundation of the necessary technical and academic skills to administer the manufacturing process, including equipment, installation, tools and dies, logistics, inventory control, assembly, repair, quality and safety.  A new focus includes manual machining for mills and lathes as well as CNC (Computerized-Numerical-Control).

Careers available in the Advanced Manufacturing pathway includes, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Computer Aided Drafting Technician
  • Engineer
  • Engineering Technician
  • Line Operator
  • Maintenance Technician
  • Quality Technician
  • Computer Numeric Control Technician (CNC)
  • Certified Production Tech
  • Welder
  • Machinist

Salary: $32,500–$163,000
