Patient Care

Program Description

The Health Technology program integrates academic and technical knowledge to prepare students for the many careers available in today's healthcare arena. The healthcare/health core curriculum encompasses college-level courses such as medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, and patient care. Students participate in activities such as infection control, health safety, state-tested nurse aide training, CPR and first aid, and phlebotomy.
