  • The Culinary and Food Services Program at Dater High School is a fast-paced, hands-on experience that prepares students for post-secondary culinary arts and beyond. Students learn basic and advanced skills, including safety and sanitation, knife skills and basic cooking methods, all while covering a variety of food products; stocks, sauces and soups; baking and pastries; and ethnic cuisines.
