College Fair:

Join CPS and more than 60 colleges and universities at Withrow High School from 4:00 - 6:30 p.m. Grab a slice of La Rosa’s* and a cup of ice cream from Graeters* while learning about your college possibilities!

The College Fair will have something for everyone, including:

HBCU: Alabama A&M, Kentucky State, Central State, Tuskeegee

Large Public: University of Cincinnati, University of Kentucky, The Ohio State University, Bowling Green State University

Out-of-State: Depaul University (IL), Depauw University (IN), Berea College (KY), Eastern Michigan University (MI)

Community/2-Year Colleges: Good Samaritan & Christ Colleges of Nursing, Hocking College, Cincinnati State

Trade School: Aveda Institute (Cosmetology)

Career & Support: ROTC, College, Career, Community Resource Center, AAA Athletics

Get the financial facts! Join us for Beyond the Tassel: Financial aid and FAFSA to learn how you can pay for college! We get it, college can be expensive. Learn all the possible ways to get money for college - from Scholarships to grants to loans - we’ve got you covered. CPS college team and financial aid experts give a brief overview of FAFSA and ask common questions about all the financial aid possibilities.

Athletics in College*

Want to play competitively or just for fun? Come learn about your options for playing sports in college!

Whether you’re interested in playing club sports or Division 1-3, students can tour facilities, learn about recruitment and get all their questions answered by current student-athletes. Food will be provided.

Due to NCAA recruiting regulations, students in grades 9-10 are not allowed to attend the event. However, a recording of the event will be made available after the fact.

Students interested in attending should contact their School Counselor to sign up.
