The principal will enforce adherence to the school dress code. The principal will have final authority to decide if clothing complies with the school dress code.
If the principal judges a student's dress to be inappropriate, the office will contact the student's parent/guardian. The parent will be asked to bring a change of clothing to school for the student. If the parent is unable to bring a change of clothing for the student, the student will be issued a school t-shirt or pants to wear for the school day. If no clothing can be retrieved from home, the student will be isolated and provided work for the balance of the day.
Repeated violations of the school dress code can result in disciplinary action according to the school's discipline plan for unruly conduct. If a parent/guardian needs assistance in purchasing clothing for his/her child, please contact the office.
