We are very proud to be a Community Learning Center that provides services to engage, educate and support our students, their families and our community. We have partners on site that provide enrichment, activities, health services, and more. We also have countless other partners, including community volunteers and an active PTO, that focus on the whole student throughout their journey with us.

Provides meals, school supplies and incentive items for our students and their families throughout the year.

Adopt A Class
During the school day monthly classroom mentoring program, designed to facilitate personal, sustained connections between members of the business community and learners in pre-school through grade 6 for the purpose of providing positive role models and developing practical social skills.

Armstrong Chapel (Parker Kids Club)
An hour of enrichment and an hour one on one with trained tutors meeting with the same child each week to increase literacy skills, and to build positive, caring relationships. Host parent nights twice per year.

Artsville
Local arts center that supports community leadership and engagement. Offers opportunities for youth to participate in programming. Also, loans its space to JPP for community events.

Best Point (formerly The Children’s Home of Cincinnati Behavioral Health)
School-based services that consist of treatment designed to teach students new coping skills. A licensed mental health provider and case manager engage Students during the school day with strategies that address healthy relationships, developing positive self-images, assuming responsibility for oneself, problem solving, anger management, conflict resolution. Students are referred by parents, staff, or other outside provider. Students meet with mental health provider weekly in one-on-one or small group sessions. Services are provided for pre-school through grade 6.

Boys Scouts of America Dan Beard Council
One of the nation’s largest and most prominent values-based youth development programs. Provides a program for boys that builds character and trains them in responsibilities of citizenship and developing fitness.

Catholic Charities of Southwest Ohio Foster Grandparents Program
During the school day additional adult support is provided in classrooms. The grandparents assist the teachers with academic supports, mentoring and guidance.

Children’s Hospital
Provides school supplies, incentives, and supports field trips for students.

Cincinnati Ballet
During the school day, students participate in the Exploration Dance Movement program through two 8-week exploratory dance movements and the fundamentals of ballet experiences. Students who are naturally gifted dancers may be offered scholarships to study dance movement with the ballet company.

Provides incentive items to students. Also supports character education activities at our school.

Cincinnati Toolbank
Provides wellness and incentive items for our students and their families throughout the year. Offers tools for our gardening activities. Writes grants to support school.

Cincinnati Youth Choir
Provides learning opportunities in music to students during after-school.

Cincinnati Youth Collaborative Mentoring and Tutoring
CYC matches an adult mentor to girls in grade 4. This is a one year commitment with 1-4 hour weekly contact. Tutoring one day a week from fall to spring to improve academic performance and self-awareness.

City of Cincinnati Health Department School-Based Health Center
Provides a comprehensive range of clinical services that specifically meet the health and wellness of children in pre-school through grade 6. Medical providers include a city school nurse, nurse practitioner and a pediatrician. Students access the services during the school day for acute health care visits and as an integral part of the medical home.
