
Metro passes are issued on the first day of school and are valid for the entire school year. Passes for new or transferring students are issued on a weekly basis. It is the student's responsibility to pick up his/her pass from the school office and keep it in good condition.
Replacement passes are provided at no charge if they become damaged, are mutilated or the child moves. The old card must be brought to the Customer Help Center with proper documentation and the pass will be replaced. Proper documentation includes a readable name or pass ID number on the damaged or mutilated pass. For a change of address, the school must have entered the new information in the database before a replacement pass can be issued.
A lost or stolen pass may be replaced at the Customer Help Center at a minimal cost of $10.00. Cash or money orders are accepted as payment. Correct change is appreciated. If the original pass is located after a replacement pass is purchased, bring the receipt, the replacement pass or the original pass to the Customer Help Center prior to the end of the semester and a refund will be issued.
Students may not come to the Customer Help Center for passes during school hours.
