The colorful architectural elements were added in 1996 with private funding when the former middle school was converted into a home for the Central Office and the Mayerson Academy, funded by the Mayerson Foundation as a professional development center for teachers.

The Customer Help Center is a one-stop shop designed to satisfy customers by linking them to available resources, providing accurate information and quality assistance, and solving problems in a caring, helpful and professional manner.
