Customer Service takes place at every touchpoint with students, parents and the community. CPS takes pride in looking at a variety of ways to reach out and engage with all of our stakeholders. We invite parent, student and community feedback through surveys. We encourage parents and students to reach out to the resources available through our Customer Help Center. We are deeply grateful to our partners for the innovative programs they bring into our schools through our Community Learning Centers — all with goal of raising academic achievement.
