Board members present: President Eileen Reed, Vice President Melanie Bates, Eve Bolton, Susan Cranley, Michael Flannery, Catherine Ingram and Chris Nelms.
Superintendent Rosa Blackwell and Treasurer Jonathan Boyd attended.
The Board's meeting began at 7 p.m. in the Education Center, the district's headquarters in Corryville.
Three new Board members were sworn in: Eve Bolton, Michael Flannery and Chris Nelms.
APPROVED Eve Bolton as the Board's president for 2008.
