Supplier Diversity Registration Process If you are a Small or Disadvantaged Business you can register online and have your business concern added to the CPS Supplier Diversity Database. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size and revenue standards are used as the criteria for registration. You may “self” certify your business concern if you meet the SBA standards. The links on the right side of this page will take you to SBA regulations that will help you to determine if your business concern qualifies for the CPS program. If you have business certificates that certify your business concern as a Small or Disadvantaged Business and that agency or organization utilizes the SBA size and revenue standards for their certification then you may: « Fax a copy of your certificate to the attention of: Beverly Holland at 513-363-0475 or, « Mail a copy of your certificate to:
