Community support provides much-needed help with many projects and services for children and families experiencing homelessness.
Giving a little can go a long way. There are many ways that you can help:
Volunteers play an important role in the academic and social success of homeless students by tutoring in the school-based programs and providing additional support during the summer program.
Through the Homeless Children's Foundation, Project Connect provides many of the extra opportunities that all children should be able to participate in including summer camp, holiday events, snacks, art activities and field trips. These opportunities can really add to the success of a child's educational experience.
Project Connect provides school supplies to children and youth experiencing homelessness in Butler, Clermont, Warren and Hamilton counties.
Project Connect provides services and "extras" to families experiencing homelessness in the Southwestern region of Ohio. These “extras” are something that every family deserves to have and have made a difference in many of their lives such as: movie passes; tickets to sports events; long-distance phone cards and gift certificates from fast-food restaurants, Costco, Target/Walmart and grocery stores.
