Renovations to the Western Hills building include: new heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC); new plumbing & bathrooms; new electrical system & lighting; new elevators & chair lift; new lobby lighting & paint (features, murals preserved); updates to auditorium, main gymnasium & cafeteria; pool filled & topped with concrete. Classroom improvements include: new doors, hardware; new flooring, ceilings, walls; new lighting, furniture; new technology.

Dater High School's building improvements include: new service elevator; new lockers; kitchen re-equipped; roofs replaced; gymnasium upgraded.
