The Cincinnati Construction Technical Support Center Program provides business-management training and technical assistance to increase the number of small businesses able to bid on and receive district contracts and subcontracts.

Cincinnati Public Schools', Procter & Gamble's and Allied Construction Industries' collaborative partnership created this program to help fulfill the district's inclusion program's diversity goals. This program also has benefitted the Greater Cincinnati community by helping to build small sustainable minority-owned and women-owned construction and industry-related businesses.
