The Marvin Lewis Community Fund will continue its partnership with Cincinnati Public Schools to implement the 2009-10 Learning is Cool campaign.
The campaign recognizes and rewards students who make the "A" Honor Roll by providing quarterly prizes and special incentives.
Students who make the "A" Honor Roll at least two times during the school year will be invited to a special Academic Achievement Ceremony with Coach Marvin Lewis and members of the Cincinnati Bengals team at Paul Brown Stadium in June 2010. Bengals players Robert Geathers, Laveranues Coles, Johnathan Joseph and Domata Peko will participate.
All CPS students in grades 1-8 are eligible for the program. Students can make the "A" Honor Roll in two ways:
The district's criteria for "A" Honor Roll prohibits any grade of D, F, X or I during a quarter.
